At Flooring Revolution, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new surfaces. If you change your mind, you can return unopened and undamaged flooring packs within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the specific quantity of items you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct warehouse address for your shipment.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Ensure all flooring boxes are securely stacked on their original pallet or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
