Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples! You can order up to five swatches for a small fee, which is fully refundable once you place a full flooring order with us.
How is the flooring delivered to my home?
Most orders are shipped via specialized freight carriers due to weight and size. The driver will provide curbside delivery, and we recommend having at least two people available to move the materials inside.
Can I install Flooring Revolution products over existing floors?
Many of our luxury vinyl and laminate products feature a click-lock system that can be installed over existing hard surfaces, provided they are level, dry, and structurally sound. We do not recommend installing over carpet.
What is your return policy for over-ordered boxes?
We accept returns on unopened, resalable boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return freight shipping costs.
Are your wood and laminate products water-resistant?
We offer a wide range of 100% waterproof luxury vinyl planks and water-resistant laminate options. While our engineered hardwoods are more moisture-resistant than solid wood, they are not waterproof and should not be used in bathrooms.
How do I calculate how much flooring I need to buy?
Measure the square footage of your room and add a 10% 'waste factor' to account for cuts and mistakes. For herringbone or diagonal patterns, we recommend adding 15% to your total square footage.
